Wanted - Bookkeeping Ninja and Office Oracle

We're looking for someone to join the team on a part-time (25 hours per week) basis with a view to going full-time for the right candidate.

Work will be mainly at a home-based office in Glen Iris and client sites including Kensington and Port Melbourne.

You’ll be a:

MYOB Ninja - data entry, bank feeds, payables and job numbers are things you’ll do in your sleep

Excel Expert - transposing data into multi-sheet workbooks with linkages is basic stuff to you and well laid out spreadsheets leave you with a curiously self-satisfied glow

Email Ace - bulk-moving all emails received from a given client three weeks ago to a specific folder would be the work of a few seconds

You’ll know all about:

GST - the tax we all love to hate

PAYG - because the ATO has a cashflow problem too

Superannuation - because dying young and leaving a good looking corpse is so last century

Payroll Tax - where employers pay the state for the privilege of keeping its citizens off the streets
